Here anyone can add “events” so that we can coordinate. I’ve added 3 categories, where in my mind they are loosely defined as:
Outing – Going to an attraction (eg Sea World, Cruise)
Activity – An organized fun activity at or near the house (eg scavenger hunt, swimming, board games)
Required – We all want to spend time together anyway, but these are things everyone should make extra effort to participate (eg commencement, group dinner)
When adding event, put in title & description, scroll to bottom to add details (ignore other stuff), then check the correct category in the right hand column. Click “Publish” when done.
